Portuguese gastronomy with fado

Gastronomy

Portuguese cooking served between fados — the night is long and the menu keeps its pace.

Flavours that tell a story

The Adega Machado tasting menu was built to accompany the whole evening — course by course, between fado performances, without hurry.

Portuguese cuisine with contemporary technique, served steps from whoever is singing.

Wines

At Adega Machado, every detail of the evening is thought through together — the rhythm of the fado, the pauses between songs, the courses that arrive at the table, and the wines that go with them. All coordinated so the night reads as a single gesture.

For guests choosing the tasting menu, we suggest a wine to accompany each course — chosen by the house, served at the right pace.
