WHAT DOES IT MATCH WITH PORTO WINES?

The chef Aléxis Gregório, representing the cuisine of this house of fados, Adega Machado, once again responds to the challenge, trying to harmonize the wines of the Douro region with the food as much as possible.

On November 9th we will receive the jury’s visit to the 10th Gastronomy Contest with Port Wine.

Do we receive a prize in one of the categories again? Likely.
