FROM CHEF TO SPEAKER, NATIONAL COOKS CONGRESS

The Congress of Cooks (CNC) arose in 2005 from the need to bring together Portuguese kitchen and pastry professionals and discuss what was going on in the sector, with an international background.

The presentation of new techniques, new products and the affirmation of Portuguese kitchen professionals resulted in a great added value for the sector, not only for professionals but also for brands.

In the 2019 edition, executive chef Aléxis Gregório, who heads the kitchens of two of Lisbon’s most prominent fado houses, Café Luso (1927) and Adega Machado (1937), is one of the speakers on September 30 at LX Factory. , Lisbon.

The aim is to enhance the Portuguese gastronomy, the richness of the products of our land, our artisans and the work of our kitchen professionals, in Portugal and beyond.
