    THE NEW TASTING MENU SIGNED BY CHEF ALÉXIS GREGÓRIO

    Continuing the considerable appreciating of the first tasting menu, Chef Aléxis Gregório presented on 3 December the autumn – winter proposals.

    The freshness of the dishes that went through Spring-Summer 2019 gave way to the Autumn-Winter proposals, which the Chef himself sums it up: “Comfort Food”.

    The set of proposals from this seasonal menu synthesizes traditional flavors and recipes using seasonal ingredients.

    This justifies, for example, Olives Bread or Mushroom Butter and Truffle, the choice of poultry meat in this hunting season (amuse-bouche), steamed fish to preserve the freshness of the original flavor, the choice from one of the traditional meat dishes, Jardineira, indicated for the colder days, and also the dessert, which includes dried fruits.

    Along with the good Portuguese wine and the warmth of emotions sung at Fado, here is the new Adega Machado Tasting Menu, not to be missed.
